Monitoring and ATM operation system «X.4» – is a software system, which allows to conduct monitoring of the software-hardware condition of the ATM, events and transactions monitoring (in the international payment system, as well as in the National mass electronic payments system), ATM remote operation, work with the file system. «X.4» also provides the range of additional opportunities, for example: tasks scheduler, sms-informing concerning the defined tasks, report making on the events and transactions, screenshots receiving, etc.
«X.4» is a logical sequel of the previous version of the program «X.3».
Monitoring system «X.4» allows:
• to provide the parallel support of various financial protocols (Diebold 912, NDC+, National mass electronic payments system);
• to build scaling solutions for the whole information infrastructure of the bank;
• to configure and manage flexibly all the settings;
• to minimize unfolding non-commercial expenses by using the operating system Linux as a platform and databases of the non-commercial DBMS PostgreSQL as a server (it is also possible to use DBMS Oracle optionally).

Among the main functional capabilities of the system are:
• control over ATM devices (condition of the dispenser, receipt printer, and other hardware peripherals) on the maximum detailed level;
• control over the terminal software;
• remote operation of the ATM file system (sending the log-files, transfer of the advertising screens on the ATM, remote launch of the commands to be performed);
• ATM remote monitoring, particularly the remote transfer launch (for the National mass electronic payments system);
• message sending (e-mail, sms) for the customer care services as a reaction on the terminal messages;
• remote withdrawal of the screen ATM images (screen shots);
• command and operations execution on schedule with the help of the built-in tasks scheduler;
• examination and filtration of the events for different ATM groups;
• time revision on the ATM and time synchronization of the ATM and the «X.4» server.

• terminal monitoring via Internet.
