Main application fields of ProView monitoring system are:
Functional:
• servicing (remote diagnostics);
• support department operation (remote diagnostics, user support department)
• central management operation (remote diagnostics, file transfer, remote administration);
• control and marketing functions (statistical evaluation, analyses of the error causes, analysis of the customer behaviour, etc.).
Organizing:
• administration on the organization level, branch administration and local control;
• centralized management, management in the data processing center, or in the external system control center.
Both in Ukraine and abroad ProView has already proved its advantages in practice. The installation was made for small networks, with the configuration less than 20 terminals, for the average level configurations (from 100 to 200 terminals) and large networks including over 1000 terminals.
ProView monitoring system architecture can be represented graphically as follows
ProView allows the administrator to divide the network into slots and subnetworks. This possibility makes the network monitoring and navigation easier. Devices can be also filtered according to the certain criteria and that makes it possible to focus monitoring on certain types of devices or problem slots.
The above-stated screen types create a complete picture of the whole network condition or its separate components. Self-service devices are always displayed with the information about their current condition. At any moment it is possible to receive the more detailed information concerning the chosen terminal: key main data, the list of hardware and software components, current status, condition of various counters (for example, the level of filling of dispensers, quantity of the cards left, etc.), the list of events on the terminal

• terminal hardware modules condition;
• terminal software condition;
• counter condition (for instance, filling level of the dispenser, quantity of the cards left, etc.).
Using the file system:
• file loading (e.g., advertising screens);
• file receipt (e.g., log files).
Remote operation:
• program execution on the terminal;
• start and shut-off of tasks on the terminal;
• ATM restart.
In addition to network operation functions, ProView gives all necessary possibilities for the user administration, events configuration and management of rules and procedures.
ProView also carries out the functions which perform the preliminary processing of the incoming messages and events, and the preparation of the corresponding data for further processing. Support of the existing rules, algorithms and certain mechanisms of their processing is provided by administrator with the help of various configuration options. For example, the message on event can be transferred on fax, print or e-mail. There is a possibility to combine in one process the one or several commands for their automatic execution (for example, file transfer on the self-service device and program start on it).
Additional user WEB-interface is realized in ProView monitoring system. The following functions are realized in ProView Internet-environment:
• display of the terminal current condition;
• inquiry of the terminal basic functions;
• inquiry of events on the terminal;
• counter condition inquiry;
• peripheral statuses inquiry;
• software statuses inquiryÿ;
• ATM restart.
The range of ProView functions can be arranged according the individual requirements of the user and various spheres of use.
