The company provides warranty and post-warranty technical service of the ATMs and ASTs during the whole period of their use. Quality management system services are certified by international standard ISO 9001:2008 by Netherlands certification center TNO Certification, which is a part of international group TUV Nord.

Today the service department of «RENOME-SMART» has service centers and offices in 31 cities of Ukraine and the twenty-four-hour «helpline». Due to the professionalism of the service center and a broad network of offices, the company performs maintained ATMs and ASTs repair during 24 hours after contacting the service center


In 1996 the first ATM «Siemens Nixdorf» (at present – «Wincor Nixdorf») – Procash 230 appeared in Ukraine. From that time the development of the service support for the banking equipment began. Today the ATM service Department «Renome-Smart» LCC provides service for more than 8000 units – over 20 different models of banking equipment manufactured by Wincor Nixdorf in 67 banks. The ATM service Department has experience of connection practically to all the processing centers of Ukraine and to two centers outside Ukraine. The whole production range of the banking equipment, beginning from the first monofunctional ATMs and finishing with the modern ATMs and automatic safes with the closed turnover cycle of denominations (CRC – Cash Recycling System), due to the constant support of the ATM service Department, is successfully maintained in Ukraine and meets the modern requirements of the international and national payment systems.

The Department provides a full range of works on servicing of banking equipment produced by Wincor Nixdorf on all the territory of Ukraine:
• warranty service with the 24 hours repair time;
• contract service with the repair time from 4 till 48 hours at customer’s choice (with the customer or executor payment for the spare parts);
• equipment upgrade according to the requirements of the international and national payment systems;
• carrying out of single complex repair works under the arrangement with the customer.

For the purpose of quality and speed improvement of performing complex tasks in 2006 the competence center in the ATM service Department was created. The most experienced and certificated workers became its members.
Main tasks of the competence center:
• Introduction of new equipment;
• Formulation and support of operational documentation;
• Providing basic studies for new and advanced trainings for experienced employees of the ATM service Department;
• Study and repair of the hardest cases of the bank equipment operation.

The ATM service Department has the developed regional network of service centers. Today about 125 engineers, managers and drivers work in the 8 regional and 23 district service centers and their number increases each year according to the distribution of bank equipment in Ukraine

In order to simplify the ATM service request forwarding procedure, to reduce the time for request registration and execution, and to provide the possibility of execution control, the website of technical support https://atm.rovno.ua is available. Exploitation of the system also allows avoiding of the disputable situations concerning the of requests forwarding and their execution.
