Centre operates powered by the self-design “X4” software. Process control is exercised by the experts who have many years’ practical experience working with ATMs. The main components of the Monitoring Centre operation are: Monitoring, Control and Analysis.

Monitoring operations include: monitoring of software and hardware condition of the terminal network; informing the person responsible of critical events on the ATM; Terminal network control includes: working process’ control, particularly by involving the cooperating organizations. placement of orders for cash replenishment; carrying-out of works on the remote update of graphic screens, configurations, file loading; Analytical module includes: forming of statistical data on the ATM operation. classification of system errors on the ATM and formulation of proposals for their correction.
