«RENOME-SMART» rewarded the leaders and the employees of JSB «ING Bank Ukraine» by the certificate of honour for the Best introduction of the self-service centers in 2008. The award was presented by Serhiy Telizhenko, the director of «RENOME-SMART» LCC.

In 2008 JSB JSB «ING Bank Ukraine»” opened over 20 branch offices in Kyiv, built according the innovative principle for Ukraine. In these offices there are no cash operation units, all cash transactions are performed via Wincor Nixdorf equipment.

JSB JSB «ING Bank Ukraine» was also rewarded for the Best introduction of the self-service centers in Ukraine on behalf of the Wincor Nixdorf company during the trade fair Wincor World 2009.

The trade fair Wincor World 2009 has finished in Paderborn. Over 600 IT companies from around the world took part in the trade fair. The main thesis of the fair – "Driving process excellence".

According to Mr. Eckard Heidloff, the president of «Wincor Nixdorf», the time has come for the outsourcing services development and technical servicing growth. “The bankers can not afford themselves to lose the customers, so they should invest in the technologies which optimize servicing and reduce the operating expenditures”, - said E. Heidloff

The special attention at the fair has been given to the wireless technologies in banking. As an example – the printer and the cashier’s safe are connected to the computer with the help of the wireless technologies. Many integrators also plan the wireless system of the power supplies.

Other burning issue – is data security. This year the separate stand has been devoted to the safety technologies, among which the biometric technologies dominated

Together with «RENOME-SMART», the same as during the last years, the representatives of the largest banks of Ukraine took part. Their greatest interest was aroused by the new multipurpose ATM ProCash 4000 which is an ATM with the ”recycling” function, but unlike ProCash 3100 inside has not drums, but special dispensers and that makes it more compact in sizes

Moreover, the update version of the Wincor Nixdorf ProSales solution has also aroused interest. The given software product is intended for the effective creation of the marketing campaigns and their demonstration to the target client groups via the banking self-service terminals network

In the BM Bank ATMs, installed in Radisson SAS Hotel and in the Central branch of the BM Bank, the function of the cash currency exchange via the ATM was realized for the first time ever in Ukraine. In the nearest time the function of cash currency exchange will be in all the ATMs located in the BM Bank self-service zones.

Vadym Hrytsjuk, the Chief Operation Officer of BM Bank: “Statistics received in the first two weeks of the new service operation, confirms that the service is in demand, especially during the evening and at night, during the week end. Development and implementation of the service were done together with the company «RENOME-SMART», which has provided the software implementation of the new function».

«RENOME-SMART» has developed and put into service “Currency exchange on the ATM” functional. This advantage which is not foreseen by the standard software is provided by the hardware-software complex «ToMaS».

Even today the customers of the OJSC «BM Bank» can use the development of our company and exchange the US dollars or Euro for Hryvnia.

Such service gives additional advantages to the ATMs located at the airports, stations and hotels – places of stay of the foreign citizens who need operative reception of the Ukrainian currency.

«RENOME-SMART» informs about the new modern solution for building the self-service centres in the bank. For the cash transactions we offer Рroсash 3100хе ATMs with the automated cash reception function and the possibility to reuse the received cash for reception (“recycling” function). For the non-cash operations we offer the information-payment terminals ProConsult 2000 seated (in the form of a desktop).

The ATMs delivered by «RENOME-SMART» are in accordance with the order of the Ukrainian bank which is the member of the large international financial group.

The ATMs РroСash 2100хе USB with the automated cash receipt function in the unusual for Ukraine configuration were delivered on the "RENOME-SMART" warehouse.

The peculiarity of the configuration lies in presence of the touch 15 ”the LCD-monitor in the ATMs. Such configuration allows the banks to expand essentially the possibilities of the user interface by granting to the consumers the additional financial services on the ATM (cash transfer, account cash replenishment, credit repayment, and reception of information about the account).

The ATMs are delivered by "RENOME-SMART" pursuant to the project in one of the largest Ukrainian banks, the beginning of which is planned for December, 2008.

Wincor Nixdorf company offers the opportunity to equip any ATM of the model range with the touch screen, optionally. Ukrainian citizens, who pay for the services via the self-service payment terminals which are widely presented on the Ukrainian market, have already evaluated the advantages and conveniences using the “touch screen”.

«RENOME-SMART» received another award – Best Service Improvement at the annual meeting of the partners of Wincor Nixdorf company which this year took place in the capital of Oman, Masqat. Among all the partners of Wincor Nixdorf from over 90 countries of the world, «RENOME-SMART» was awarded for the best service control system. This award is the evidence of the professionalism and competence of the employees of the ATM service Department, and also the high quality of the services rendered by the company. In prior years «RENOME-SMART» several times received such awards as «Top Seller», «Best Growth Rate» and «Best Steal Deal» from Wincor Nixdorf.

From October 2008, «Nadra Bank» together with «RENOME-SMART» realizes the project on equipping the ATMs with the video control systems.

All self-service zones of «Nadra Bank» will be equipped with video cameras which record the events occurring near the ATM. Together with video cameras, the software designed by «RENOME-SMART» will be installed on the terminals. This allows the bank security service to work with the data received with the help of the video control system, in a real-time mode from the single center. The remote loading of the data allows receiving operatively photos and video from the ATMs irrespective of their location.

The equipment of the self-service zones by the video control system offers the possibility to reduce essentially the quantity of cases of vandalism and fraud at the ATMs. Besides, it will help the bank and its clients with the decision of disputable situations during the use of the ATM because now each operation will be accompanied with the photo- and video control, thus the confidential data of the client will be reliably saved.
